Fit for Tennis Program at Healthy Fit for Women

This is a six week intensive training program that is designed to improve your tennis game. By toning and developing strength in you core, shoulders, back and legs, you will enhance the muscle groups that support the sport. This also for anyone looking to develop their golf game as well.
1x a week for 6 weeks – $135 (limit 10 per class)
Instructor: Paul Giordano has an extensive fitness and athletic background. A former athlete, Paul has a history instructing both youth and adults in sports performance enhancement.
