ALL CLASS RESERVATIONS OPEN UP 72 HOURS BEFORE THE CLASS TIME BEGINS
GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR CLASS
BE ON TIME
Or even better… be early! This gives you time to set-up, speak with your instructor if you have questions, and you won’t miss any important instructions. If you’re late, please be respectful and do not enter a class in progress.
To make sure everyone who is on time gets a spot in class, we ask that you don’t reserve a spot for your friend who hasn’t arrived yet.
SO FRESH AND SO CLEAN
Some perfumes and body lotions may be distracting, and once mixed with sweat, it’s not so flowery or fruity anymore. Wear your deodorant and nix your perfume until after your workout.
We love that you and friends want to work out together, but please be courteous to your fellow classmates once the class starts and finish your conversation after class. In addition, please turn your ringer off or leave your phone in your bag. The same applies for texting! You’ll need those hands for your workout!
RSVP WHEN NEEDED
Some of our classes require reservations. Make sure you check the class schedule to be sure. You may reserve a spot in class up to 3 days in advance by calling the front desk or booking your class through your online account.
DRESS FOR SUCCESS
You should be comfortable in your clothes and they should not restrict your movement. The key words are clean and functional. Avoid anything that drapes or dangles. We want to keep you safe! Also, sneakers are a must unless you are attending a barefoot class or activity like Yoga or Pilates. Need some advice? Feel free ask our staff members for further recommendations!
-Consider others’ personal space and leave some room around you and your classmates to move around
-Don’t judge others… we are all here for the same reason!
-Have a suggestion for the instructor? Talk to them before or after class
-Wipe down the spin bikes and re-position seat and handlebars to their highest position
-Please put away any equipment used in the studio after the class is over
