A huge THANK YOU to our HF community for your patience and flexibility during this difficult time. We have been carefully monitoring the situation with COVID-19 and will be temporarily closing the club.

The health and wellbeing of the HF family is our top priority. All afternoon classes have been cancelled for the remainder of the day and we will close the club tonight at 8PM. We are currently working on an online platform to provide you with workouts at home. This is uncharted territory for us all and we plan to be available to our community as soon as we can.

Stay healthy. Stay connected. And we know one of thing for sure, we have the best members 💕
