Air Fryer Honey Garlic Salmon

  • 2 (6 ounce) wild salmon filets
  • 2 Tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 Tsp of sesame seed oil
  • 2 Tbsp Honey
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp of low sodium tamari
  • ½ Lemon (juiced)
  • Freshly ground black Pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp. paprika


  1. In a small bowl mix together the honey, tamari, garlic, olive oil, sesame seed oil, and lemon juice to make the glaze for the filets
  2. Place a piece of foil in the basket of the air fryer and place the 2 filets in skin side down
  3. Coat the filets with the honey garlic sauce and sprinkle with pepper and paprika
  4. Cook on 390 degrees for 12 minutes
  5. Enjoy with quinoa and vegetables!
