Air Fryer Honey Garlic Salmon
INGREDIENTS
- 2 (6 ounce) wild salmon filets
- 2 Tbsp of olive oil
- 2 Tsp of sesame seed oil
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced
- 2 Tbsp of low sodium tamari
- ½ Lemon (juiced)
- Freshly ground black Pepper to taste
- ½ tsp. paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl mix together the honey, tamari, garlic, olive oil, sesame seed oil, and lemon juice to make the glaze for the filets
- Place a piece of foil in the basket of the air fryer and place the 2 filets in skin side down
- Coat the filets with the honey garlic sauce and sprinkle with pepper and paprika
- Cook on 390 degrees for 12 minutes
- Enjoy with quinoa and vegetables!
