Here’s a refreshing smoothie recipe, that not only tastes great, but it helps you get your veggies in too!

Banana Mint Smoothie

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 Cups of Baby Spinach (You won’t even taste it!)
  • 1 tsp of Mint
  • 1/2 cup of water, or a couple of ice cubes if you want to make it colder.
  • Optional (best after a hard workout) 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder

And Blend!
