Compliments of your girl Patti, take the 30 Day Squat Challenge! While this is your homework for the month… you better believe the HF team will be working these bad boys into classes all August long!! If squatting isn’t your thing, Patti’s Pushup Challenge starts 9/1/15 but in the meantime… HAPPY SQUATTING!!!

*Newbies: As the amount of Squats increase, break them into sets throughout the day to reach the total amount.

*Seasoned Squatters: For an added burn, incorporate 8-20lb weights while squatting.
