It’s officially spring! To celebrate the new season, we’re sharing one of our favorite fresh and seasonal smoothie bowls. Of course they’re all made with extra protein so they’re perfect to refuel post-workout or start your day off right. The best part: Even if it’s still chilly when you make this, these recipes will give you tropical vacation vibes!

Makes 1 serving

pina colada smoothie



1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup coconut water
1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes


Blend all of the ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and add your fave toppings! We love adding 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes and 1/4 cup fruit!
