Small Group Training Update

Hi Mamaroneck Members,

We have a few updates to our Small Group Training Schedule that we wanted to announce.

  • Melanie has moved her Thursday Small Group Training Class to Wednesday’s at 10:20am.  This class helps target muscle groups while using a variety of equipment designed to strengthen and motivate you.
  • Jeremy is coaching a new Healthy Fit Challenge Team on Wednesday’s at 9:30am.  The 8-week challenge with weekly weigh-ins and workouts helps motivate you to burn calories and shed pounds.  Regardless of if you have weight to lose, this is a fantastic way to increase your fitness level!
