APPLE CINNAMON SLOW COOKER OATMEAL
2 cups rolled oats
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 granny smith apples, peeled and diced
1/2 cup 2% evaporated milk
-Coat inside of crockpot with cooking spray. Add all the ingredients. Add 6 cups water.
-Cover and set on low heat for 8-9 hours.
-Throw it in the crockpot at night and wake up to oatmeal
SERVINGS: 6 (1 CUP); CALORIES: 168; PROTEIN: 5.7gr.;FIBER: 4.5gr.
