Please join us in welcoming Paul Giordano to the Healthy Fit for Women team!

Paul Giordano is a Graduate of Boston University and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.  He attended Rye Neck High School where he started on the football team as a linebacker and ran the 400m race and relay in track.  The son of a PGA Golf Professional, Paul has been exposed to golf his entire life and has worked with children and adults alike in clinics and camps to improve their golf game.  Paul also holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do.

Having been overweight as a child, Paul knows the struggles of weight loss just as well as anyone.  One summer entering high school, Paul made the resolution to lose the weight and has led an active and healthy lifestyle ever since.  To this day he weighs less than he did at thirteen years old.  Paul has over nine years worth of personal experience working out, and believes that a solid and well-thought out approach, using both free weights and cardiorespiratory training is the key to success. Results are achieved through consistency, progression, and dedication.
