My name is Randy Bakay. I have been a personal trainer for over 3 years. In 2005, I began a healthy weight loss regiment that helped me lose 190lbs over the course of 18 months. I have now maintained that weight loss for 9 years. I have dedicated my life to helping others get in shape, lose weight, and transform themselves into healthy, and happy individuals. I genuinely love what I do and I am blessed to be able to help others in the same ways that I have helped myself.
