NAME: LISA LAWSTON
Lisa’s focus as a trainer is on her client’s individual goals and fitness levels. She incorporates a wide variety of equipment in her programming to integrate cardio, strength, balance and flexibility work into each session. Interval training and body sculpting are her specialties. Her fitness philosophy: Consistency and proper nutrition are integral parts of achieving a healthy, sexy, radiant you! Lisa is an AAPT Certified Personal Trainer and an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor.
