Meet Allyse Mickol -Pilates Instructor who will joining our Healthy Living Team!
Allyse is a certified Pilates instructor, a Healthy Living Coach and, as of June 2015, a Certified Clinical Nutritionist! Her focus as a Pilates trainer is on core strength and balance. Her philosophy is that if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you – change things up and try something new. She likes to remind her clients that stress actually causes weight loss resistance so enjoy some time for yourself and relax (that’s a hint to go to the gym take a class)!
