Get involved in a Group Exercise or Small Group Training class today!

Be even closer to your goal by the time you hit the pool.

The reservation policy is 2 DAYS in advance, not 48 hours.

Members cannot enter a class more than 10 minutes after it has begun.

9:00 am Saturday Tush and Tummy* Patti (Max 20 Participants)

9:45 am Saturday Pilates Body Work

9:15 Group Training SGT Saturday

12:30pm Tuesday Cardio Kickboxing+ – Daina

11:00am Thursday Power Step – Donna

12:30pm Thursday Cardio Kickboxing+ – Daina

(+must purchase hand wraps and gloves prior to training)
