Group Exercise May News!

The countdown to summer begins now! It is officially 52 days away. If your jaw has just dropped, it’s time to join a class today!
Get involved in a group exercise or Small Group Training class today! Be even closer to your goal by the time you hit the pool.
The reservation policy is 2 DAYS in advance, not 48 hours. Members cannot enter a class more than 10 minutes after it has begun.

12:30pm Tuesday Cardio Kickboxing – Daina

11:00am Thursday Power Step – Donna

12:30pm Thursday Cardio Kickboxing – Daina

7:00 pm Thursday Group Training – Chris

(+must purchase hand wraps and gloves prior to training)
