FIT-traxx at Healthy Fit is a four week program designed for women of all ages and fitness levels to help you finally get the results you want.  In FIT-traxx, you’ll work in a small group setting with a coach who will  guide you through a program with the perfect mix of strength training, cardio, and nutrition.

A new FIT-traxx program begins every four weeks here at Healthy Fit with FREE Demos offered periodically.

The next scheduled sessions begin:

  • October 22 – November 18
  • December 3 – January 6
