FALL SHAPE UP FAQ’S

How is this different from the Spring shape-up challenge? The format is actually similar and just as effective to this year’s Spring Shape Up Challenge, but with different exercises mixed in for variation and to test new skills! We also have 4 different coaches to choose from this time (btw all 4 have completed HF Challenges in the past with great success).
How does this challenge compare to old HealthyFit Challenges? This Challenge is of a shorter duration and has fewer teams than some of our previous all-encompassing mega-Challenges. The 6-week duration is the perfect length to accomplish noticeable fitness improvements while keeping you engaged and interested all the way through! It also will lead you right into the holiday season with focus, structure and consistent workouts! Cost effective. Results guaranteed.
What does this challenge focus on? This challenge is an opportunity for you to get stronger, faster and more fit overall with specific benchmark exercises that you will test yourself in at the beginning and end of the 6 weeks so that you can see exactly how much you’ve improved! The result will be a new level of total body conditioning, in addition to the support of a team and the structured workouts provided by your coach!
What if I have injuries? All of our coaches are able to modify for injuries. If you have questions about the specific exercises and how they can be modified, our Fitness Manager will be happy to talk you through it.
What if I miss a week? There will be one extra week at the end to allow for a make-up session if needed.
