An exciting opportunity is now available! We’re looking for a part time Membership Advisor to join our team! 

At Healthy Fit, Membership Advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals as well as service sales goals through outreach, in-club lead generation and securing member referrals. Above all, advisors must have the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order to build a strong referral base and retain members.

The Desired Candidate must possess the following attributes: 

-professionalism

-confidence to perform on an incentive based compensation plan

-excellent verbal and written communication kills

-enthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly disposition

-empathy and good listening skills to utilize for selling

-enjoy working with a team

-strong time management and organizational skills for follow up

-willingness to work some evenings, weekends, and holidays

-passion for the fitness industry is always a plus
