Banana Mint Smoothie
Here’s a refreshing smoothie recipe, that not only tastes great, but it helps you get your veggies in too!
Banana Mint Smoothie
- 2 Bananas
- 2 Cups of Baby Spinach (You won’t even taste it!)
- 1 tsp of Mint
- 1/2 cup of water, or a couple of ice cubes if you want to make it colder.
- Optional (best after a hard workout) 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
And Blend!
