How the Program Works

We’ll match you with a Weight Loss Coach, who will be your guide and partner throughout the program.  During weekly one-on-one ‘check-ins’, your Coach will review your eating diary and teach you how to control hunger and lose weight by implementing proven and enjoyable healthy eating techniques.

Fitness, Nutrition and Weight Loss Workshops

Healthy Fit provides free ongoing support and education with monthly interactive workshops.  We focus on the day-to-day opportunities that make healthy eating and exercise a natural and fun part of your life.
