    Philosophy: As a former dancer and athlete, fitness has always been a part of my lifestyle. I think it’s important to make fitness fun and enjoyable so you look forward to doing it, which will keep you consistent, because consistency is key! I believe in functional training methods, as it is very important to be able to hold your own body weight and perform regular daily tasks. Building strength from within is where it starts. Feeling and looking good is the bonus of a healthy mentally, physically, and nutritious lifestyle.
    Not only do I build muscle, I build confidence.

    Fun Fact: I’m a Yogi who loves music, dancing, playing sports, hiking. Professional star gazer, and a sucker for sunsets. Summer is my favorite season and the Beach is my Happy Place!

    Philosophy: I have been in the fitness business for 30+ years. During this time, I’ve held many roles such as management, sales, training, and group exercise... but I’ve always come back to working with clients. It's truly what I'm most passionate about. When you start feeling stronger or doing things you weren't able to do before, it's incredibly rewarding.

    Fun Fact: During my free time, I enjoy working out and staying active. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends... especially my two dogs Zoe and Katie. I love being in nature and find it super grounding.

TRAINING IS JUST AS MUCH MENTAL AS IT IS PHYSICAL. HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE AND WHILE WE TRAIN YOUR BODY, WE WILL ALSO TRAIN YOUR MIND. DISCIPLINE AND CONSISTENCY = RESULTS.

    Fun Fact: I HAVE COMPETED AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL AS A NATURAL BODYBUILDER. I HAVE BEEN WEIGHT LIFTING AND TRAINING FOR OVER 10 YEARS.

    I lead a Small Group on Saturday morning and teach classes at HF- this helps me change up my workouts and keep things fresh. I apply this to my personal training style... it's so important to make it fun!

    Philosophy: Movement is such an incredible thing! Our bodies are designed to move, yet somehow we have become accustomed to a sedentary way of life. I think exercise is an essential way to combat the lengths of time we spend sitting, whether it be a simple walk around the house or a HIIT workout at the gym. As a dancer, I value the way movement allows me to let go of the negative energy of the world and live in the present moment. There is truly no better feeling than the euphoria of finishing a workout, which shows how valuable movement is to our bodies and minds. There is no right or wrong way to move, it just matters that you do it!

    Fun Fact: I have danced my whole life and am currently pursuing a career as a professional dancer! I love finding ways to incorporate my dance background into my work as a fitness professional.

    Philosophy: Achieving your goals takes time, patience, and hard work. The more you work at it, the faster your body will recover and the better you will feel. We are all at different points in our fitness journeys- comparing yourself to someone else is counterproductive. If you train to your level and push your own personal limits, you will start to see the best version of you.

    Fun Fact: I worked for two years at an outdoor education center where I led hikes, taught environmental education classes, and belayed climbers on a high ropes course.

    Philosophy: Don't be afraid to switch up your routine and try new things! The best place to start is right where you are. Remind yourself that it is okay to be a beginner-- a few years and 50 pounds heavier, I was a beginner myself! Even if you aren't just starting out, there is always some room for improvement or something new to master! Focus on being stronger and better than you were yesterday. Respect your body for all of the amazing things it can do, and celebrate each new achievement on your journey! Sometimes this shift in perspective is just what we need to see the results we are looking for.

    Fun Fact: I have a serious obsession with HomeGoods! I can get lost in there for hours looking for new ways to decorate!

    Philosophy: Purposeful practice makes perfect! Nothing has more power to transform the body than the mind itself. By focusing on dynamic movements with intentional breathing and core connection during sessions, we can use our own bodies and minds to reshape our physical and mental state. It is important people have access to fitness that is authentic, approachable and functional. I often use my yoga and dance background to make workouts fun, creative and challenging in a way the body can support. The best tool I can offer clients is the inspiration to discover their own life long inner trainer. It requires dedication, commitment, and communication to see results. We can do this!

    Fun Fact: I taught Yoga and Meditation to male inmates at the Westchester Correctional Facility!

    Fun Fact: I used to pretend I was Olympic gold medalist Dominique Dawes. Often doing cartwheels and knocking over knick knacks in my living room growing up. Oops!
