    Philosophy: Growing up I was always active. The sun came up and I was outside riding my bike or playing sports. As I grew up, my love for an active lifestyle continued to flourish. I BELIEVE THAT IF YOU FIND SOMETHING YOU ENJOY DOING AND IT KEEPS YOU ACTIVE, it's so much more rewarding. WE ALL NEED THAT SOMETHING TO STAY HEALTHY AND HAPPY. You don't need to strive for perfection. Make your fitness journey a fun adventure with realistic goals. As your trainer, I am here to teach, instruct, and help you obtain and maintain that healthy lifestyle.

    Fun Fact: I host "Summer Olympics" for my friends and family each year (kickball, volleyball, and doubles tennis). No one really knows what they're doing and rules don't always apply but we have a ton of fun! It's a great way for everyone to stay active together!

    Philosophy: I BELIEVE THE BEST APPROACH IS CARDIO AND STRENGTH TRAINING IN CONJUNCTION WITH NUTRITION—NONE OF THESE WILL WORK SEPARATELY. LIVE THEM ALL! EVERYONE HAS A SPECIFIC BODY TYPE. LET'S TAKE WHAT WE WERE BORN WITH AND MAKE IT THE BEST IT CAN POSSIBLY BE. LOVE YOURSELF. STRIVE TO BE FEARLESS. TRAIN HARD AND FIND YOUR INNER ATHLETE.

    Fun Fact: DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS, I CAN BE FOUND PADDLE BOARDING IN THE LONG ISLAND SOUND!

    Philosophy: Don't be afraid of the weights! Believe me, incorporating weight training into your routine will help you reach your goals faster. And the heavier the better!

    Fun Fact: I have been an enormous Jessica Simpson fan since I was about 20 years old! Is that stupid??? She is my spirit animal!

    Philosophy: Don't just train for a special event, train for your life. Your life is your biggest challenge. Train to conquer it.

    Fun Fact: You can find me hand standing and box jumping anywhere I go. I'm obsessed.

    Philosophy: WHAT FASCINATES ME THE MOST IS PROGRAM DESIGN. WE'RE ALL SO DIFFERENT THEREFORE EVERY PROGRAM MUST BE EQUALLY AS UNIQUE. I LOVE TO INDIVIDUALLY CUSTOMIZE YOUR WORKOUT SO THAT YOU CAN REACH YOUR FULL POTENTIAL. I AM INTO FUNCTIONAL FITNESS AND LIKE TO INCORPORATE MY DANCE BACKGROUND. AND OF COURSE WE'LL HAVE FUN IN THE PROCESS!

    Fun Fact: I STARTED DANCING AT 3 YEARS OLD AND HAVEN'T STOPPED SINCE. I EVEN DANCED PROFESSIONALLY FOR YEARS- IT'S MY PASSION.

    Philosophy: NOTHING IS MORE GRATIFYING THAN SETTING A GOAL, PUTTING IN THE WORK AND CRUSHING IT! THE FIRST STEP TO THIS PROCESS IS BELIEVING IN YOURSELF- IT STARTS WITH YOUR MINDSET. TRAINING IS JUST AS MUCH MENTAL AS IT IS PHYSICAL. HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE AND WHILE WE TRAIN YOUR BODY, WE WILL ALSO TRAIN YOUR MIND. DISCIPLINE AND CONSISTENCY = RESULTS.

    Fun Fact: I HAVE COMPETED AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL AS A NATURAL BODYBUILDER. I HAVE BEEN WEIGHT LIFTING AND TRAINING FOR OVER 10 YEARS.

    Philosophy: The mind is your most powerful tool... use it get yourself through the door and the rest will follow. That connection between mind and body is the foundation for getting results. Once you have that down, the opportunities are endless.

    I lead a Small Group on Saturday morning and teach classes at HF- this helps me change up my workouts and keep things fresh. I apply this to my personal training style... it's so important to make it fun!

    Fun Fact: I used to be an Italian Teacher!

    Philosophy: TO ACHIEVE YOUR FITNESS GOALS, YOU MUST FIND A HEALTHY BALANCE. GOOD NUTRITION AND ADEQUATE REST ARE AS IMPORTANT AS EXERCISE. THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS OR QUICK FIXES- FOCUS ON MASTERING THE BASICS AND DOING IT WELL. CONSISTENCY IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS.

    Fun Fact: I AM A DEDICATED HOCKEY MOM TO 3 BOYS. IF I’M NOT AT THE GYM, YOU CAN FIND ME AT THE RINK.

    Philosophy: THERE'S A LITTLE POWERLIFTER IN EVERYONE. WHETHER YOU'RE DOING HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING OR PERFECTING YOUR SQUAT, WHEN YOU GIVE SOMETHING YOUR ALL GOOD THINGS WILL HAPPEN.

    Fun Fact: Everytime we take the trainer photos, I've been pregnant! I'm due with baby #2 in January!

    Philosophy: I BELIEVE THAT FITNESS IMPROVES NOT ONLY YOUR HEALTH AND WELL-BEING, BUT ALSO YOUR OVERALL SELF-ESTEEM. THERE'S MORE TO BEING FIT THAN JUST LOSING WEIGHT AND FITTING INTO YOUR SKINNY JEANS. EXERCISE IS AN INSTANT MOOD LIFTER AND YOU WILL LOOK AND FEEL BETTER, INSIDE AND OUT.

    Fun Fact: I AM AN ISI ADULT NATIONAL FIGURE SKATING CHAMPION!

    Philosophy: Achieving your goals takes time, patience, and hard work. The more you work at it, the faster your body will recover and the better you will feel. We are all at different points in our fitness journeys- comparing yourself to someone else is counterproductive. If you train to your level and push your own personal limits, you will start to see the best version of you.

    Fun Fact: I worked for two years at an outdoor education center where I led hikes, taught environmental education classes, and belayed climbers on a high ropes course.

    Fun Fact: I USED TO BE A MEMBER OF HEALTHYFIT! I LOVED IT SO MUCH THAT I DECIDED TO WORK AT THE FRONT DESK DURING COLLEGE! LITTLE DID I KNOW THAT I WOULD FALL IN LOVE WITH FITNESS AND START PERSONAL TRAINING HERE TOO! WHEN I’M NOT AT HF, I CAN BE FOUND AT ANY DEPARTMENT STORE… #SHOPAHOLIC

    Philosophy: Love your body everyday no matter where you are at in your fitness journey. Your body is the vehicle that is taking you through this life so take care of it.

    Fun Fact: My cousin, Damion Drummond, is a PSAL legend (one of the fastest 800M times in history) and one of the premiere collegiate track and field coaches within the sport. His accomplishments inspire me every day.
