Personalized Assessments

A personal trainer will conduct an extensive 1-on-1 assessment with you, during which she will understand your goals, medical history, and any special needs you may have. She will also analyze your body composition (including body fat percent, weight, lean body mass), resting heart rate, cardio recovery rate, and strength.

The results of your assessment are analyzed by Healthy Fit’s proprietary software, which generates a detailed, easy-to-follow personalized workout program designed specially for your body and your goals.
