Making the commitment to a healthy lifestyle and joining the club has many benefits and your membership includes the following complimentary programs and services.

Personalized Fitness Assessment

At Healthy Fit, we make sure you get off to a good start and stay on track.  Our certified personal trainers begin with your thorough fitness assessment to establish your baseline body composition, aerobic conditioning and strength.  We then help you identify your health and fitness goals and design your program based on your experience, your schedule and your goals.

Personalized Exercise Plan

Your personal exercise plan is divided into a series of 4-week segments that enable your trainer to re-evaluate and adjust your program.   Your plan will include an easy-to-follow circuit of machines designed specifically for women.   You will learn how to perform each exercise safely and correctly  to ensure that you are comfortable, confident and getting the most out of every workout.

Progress Reports and Follow-Up Assessments

Your personal trainer will meet with you 4 and 8 weeks after your exercise program has been created.  During these follow-up sessions your trainer will take new measurements and make modifications and recommendations based on your lifestyle and progress.

Group Exercise Classes

Round out your exercise routine by participating in our fun mix of group exercise classes.   Our experienced and caring instructors lead classes for all fitness levels and are trained to make sure your workouts are motivating, fun and effective.

Fitness, Nutrition and Weight Loss Workshops

Healthy Fit provides free ongoing support and education with monthly interactive workshops.  These workshops focus on the day-to-day challenges of making healthy eating and exercise a natural part of your life.  Topics vary and include:  How to Lose Weight and Never Diet Again, Good Carbs vs Bad Carbs and Making Exercise Fun and Effective.

Healthy Fit offers a variety of award-winning programs and services to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.  Choose from Personal Training, Pilates, Small Group Training, Weight Loss and Group Exercise Classes.
