When is the Best Time to Work Out?

spring sunsetOne of the questions we hear a lot at Healthy Fit  is “When is the best time to work out?”

Well, to tell you the truth, it depends.

For example, in a recent study Belgian scientists took three groups of healthy men and fed them a diet high in sugar, fat, and calories. One group didn’t work out at all. Another group worked out after breakfast, and the other group did the same work out before breakfast.

The reservation policy is 2 DAYS in advance, not 48 hours.
Members cannot enter a class more than 10 minutes after it has begun.
There is no cell phone usage in any Studio.
Check in with front desk for all classes requiring reservation.
All classes are subject to last minute class content/instructor changes or cancellation.

IMPORTANT Changes!

Exciting Group Exercise Changes and MORE
Effective February 14th!

First off, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your membership.  We are sincerely grateful that you have chosen Healthy Fit to be a partner for your healthy lifestyle.

We are, however, aware that because of our popularity and increased seasonal demand at certain peak hours, there have been some bottlenecking issues.  We have already taken steps to address the areas of the club most affected by making the following changes:

· As of Feb. 14th, we are adding 6 classes per week and staggering other classes in order to ease up the congestion both in the locker room and in the parking lot.
