DIRECTIONS: 

  1. 1 cup frozen raspberries

  2. 1 tablespoon almond butter (or 1/4 avocado)

  3. 1 serving vanilla protein powder (Vega Sport Performance, 41 grams)

  4. 1 1/2 cups water

  5. 4 ice cubes

SERVES ONE. APPROX 300 CALORIES. BLEND AND ENJOY!
